Chris Leaper has been living in Darlington for over 6 years, and began his writing career by creating short stories for children; recently he has branched out into macabre fiction. Chris is also an illustrator, having had work published by the British Fantasy Society and the Tolkien Society. He is currently working with Peter Barratt/BaBa Productions, illustrating the "Dillon Dinosaur" and "Cyril the Squirrel" stories.
Chris was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
